From the start we found their professionalism and clear communication very reassuring. When there were holdups with trades or a need to make any modifications to original plans Andy made us aware of the consequences and the timeframe so that there were no unpleasant surprises. While it was a big job with a lot of moving parts, Andy oversaw everything with very little trouble to us - a great relief when you have busy jobs and just want to trust everything to the experts.
